Controlled Damage + Controlled Healing
Controlled damage" is the part where we force your skin to work out. This keeps it healthy, youthful looking, and strong (think muscle tearing to get larger and stronger). But not without the "Controlled healing" portion.
Because damaging the skin without healing it actually accelerate signs of aging. We must repair as well (think protein shake after working out).
That is where the barrier treatment comes in.
This is how to use the system:
3 days on 1 day off until you know your exact tolerance. You should see your skin react before you take a day off.
Apply the retinol on slightly damp skin.
Layering the barrier on top will increase the results of the retinol. Layering the barrier under will decrease the results. You can use this methodology on areas of the body that are more sensitive.
